Debloat the Coocaa K3 Pro 90P3D Max
Coocaa OS (Android 11) · 23 apps on the list · tested on a real set
This Skyworth Coocaa K3 Pro runs the China-market Coocaa OS on Android 11. It ships with vendor content and preinstalled apps. The list has 23 apps in two groups and is the first China-market Coocaa list here. It shares nothing with Skyworth's Google TV sets.
The Coocaa home screen is never turned off, because the TV hangs on its logo and needs a factory reset if it is. TidyTV leaves it on. It turns the rest off from your phone with a backup first and deletes nothing. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything.
Apps TidyTV can turn off on the Coocaa K3 Pro 90P3D Max

What always stays on
- The Coocaa home screen, which the boot depends on
- The TV app and local media
- The TV manager and settings
- The remote
Good to know on this model
- Never turn off the Coocaa home screen. Doing so hung the TV on the logo and the remote stopped working, and only a factory reset fixed it.
- This firmware hides Developer options. Debugging comes from a secret factory menu and switches off again at every restart.
- Almost no app shows on the home grid, so the apps need adding by hand.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
