This Karbonn set is built by Skyworth and ships with Skyworth content, ads and preloaded apps, plus a set of India-specific apps nobody asked for. It also carries telemetry and feedback services, an ambient screensaver and recommendation rows on the home screen.
The list was tested on the day it was applied and everything kept working. The set has only about 1.7 GB of memory, so a lighter home screen helps it feel less slow. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything.

Good to know on this model

- Turning the animation speed down in Android settings can make this low-memory set feel quicker.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.

Mostly. It turns off the Skyworth ads and content, the India-specific preloads and the recommendation rows on the stock home screen.
Can I get the old home screen back?
Yes. Restore everything turns every app back on and puts the old home screen back in one tap.
Will Live TV and HDMI still work on my Karbonn SWTV-20AE?
Yes. The Live TV and input services are kept, and testing on the day confirmed the set kept working.
