This Vidda TV, Hisense's youth brand sold in China, ships with Hisense telemetry and push, ads, shopping and operator rows on the home screen. It also has retail, hotel and factory leftovers and a screensaver that is an ad surface. Each app has its own switch in the app, so you decide which ones to turn off.
The list goes further than the smaller Hisense lists because it replaces two vendor home screens. TidyTV turns the apps off from your phone, saves a backup first and never deletes anything. Disable both so yours keeps the foreground; see the notes above. The stock launcher stays enabled here: disabling it before your launcher is Home leaves the TV with none. STOCK_LAUNCHER=com.jamdeo.tv.vod (above) makes build-and-install.sh disable it after the swap.

Good to know on this model
- Network debugging opens without a prompt on this TV. Switch it off when you are done, or keep the TV on a trusted network.
- One app with a transition-sounding name is kept because the source panel needs it. Without it, picking HDMI does nothing.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
Questions
Can I get the old home screen back on my Vidda VIDAA_TV?
Yes. Restore everything in the app turns every app back on and puts the old home screen back in one tap. TidyTV only switches apps off, so nothing is ever deleted.
Is it safe to leave debugging on?
No. This TV does not ask for approval, so any device on your network could connect. Turn debugging off when you are done.
Does TidyTV delete anything on my Vidda VIDAA_TV?
No. It turns apps off with Android's own setting, saves a backup first and checks each one. You can turn any app back on with its switch.
