Debloat the Skyworth 65A3F
Android 13 (CCOS) · 9 apps on the list · tested on a real set
This is a Skyworth set with the Chinese Coocaa firmware, without Google apps. It shows an ad at startup and another at shutdown, from an ad service that also hosts the ad landing pages. The list is short, with nine apps.
Switching off the ad service removed both ads, checked across a restart. The list never turns off the Skyworth home app. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything. The phone and TV need to be on the same Wi-Fi, and the TV asks you once to allow debugging.
Apps TidyTV can turn off on the Skyworth 65A3F
Grouped as the tested list groups them. In the app each one has a switch, so you choose. Apps marked your call are extras the list leaves on.

What always stays on
- The Skyworth home app, which must stay on
- The remote and Bluetooth pairing
- The Play Store, Play Services and keyboards, where the set has them
Good to know on this model
- Never switch off the home app on this TV. Doing so left a set stuck on the Skyworth logo and needed a factory reset from Recovery.
- Network debugging here needs no pairing, so anyone on your Wi-Fi could open a shell. Turn it off when you are done.
- A new home screen cannot own the boot screen on this firmware.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
Questions
Will it remove the boot ad?
Yes. Switching off the ad service removed both the boot ad and the shutdown ad, checked across a restart.
Is it safe to switch off the home app?
No. It stays on. Switching it off left one set stuck on the logo until a factory reset.
Can I undo it?
Yes. Restore everything turns every app back on in one tap. Nothing is deleted.
