Debloat the Sony BRAVIA X9000H (China)

This is the China-market firmware, without Google Play. It ships with Sony usage and remote-support agents, viewing context providers, shop demo mode and a set of hotel and business packages. It also has help tiles, camera apps for a camera this model does not have, and a JD smart-service app.
The Dangbei home screen and app store are left alone as the fallback home. TidyTV turns the listed apps off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything. Home survived a reboot after the change, and each app can be switched back on.

Good to know on this model
- The list does not touch the preinstalled Chinese content apps. Turn those off one by one if you do not use them.
- Turning off the help content removes the help tiles from Settings.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
Questions
Will it stop the ads on the home screen?
It removes Sony's telemetry and promo agents. The ads that come from the Dangbei home and the preinstalled content apps are not on the list, so those stay unless you switch them off.
Does casting still work?
Casting through HappyCast is kept. This firmware has no Google Cast.
Can I get the old home screen back?
The Dangbei home screen is never turned off, so it is always there. Restore everything also turns every app back on.
