This Philips set is made by TPV for Latin America. It ships with TPV and Philips telemetry, Philips content, a store and a demo mode, and Google recommendations, ambient mode and casting extras. The list also covers Google apps this owner does not use and preinstalled streaming apps.

Remote, Bluetooth, YouTube, Disney+, DirecTV GO and Zapping played normally, and the idle log showed no retry loops. HDMI inputs, antenna and cable channels and firmware updates were not tested yet. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything.

Good to know on this model

HDMI inputs, the Source key, antenna and cable channels and firmware updates were not tested. Two services are held back until they are.
The stock screensaver may need to be pointed at a new one before it is switched off.
The About screen shows a generic name. Check the sticker on the back for your exact model.

How to do it

Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.

Questions

Will Live TV and HDMI still work on my Philips?

Live TV and inputs are kept. HDMI and antenna channels were not tested yet, so check them after you apply the list.

Will firmware updates still work?

Two update-related services are held back for now, so updates should keep working.

Can I get the old home screen back?

Yes. Restore everything turns every app back on and puts the old home screen back in one tap.
