This 65 inch Philips set from 2020 runs Android TV 12 and ships with telemetry, Philips and Google content promotion, and preloaded streaming and game apps. The list is in five batches and also covers streaming apps and Philips web-app tiles this owner does not use.

It follows the list for a sister model on the same firmware, with a few changes for this owner. The other entries stayed off across two restarts. Apple TV is left on, because this owner uses it. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything.

Good to know on this model

Two Philips services switch themselves back on at every restart, so they are not on the list.
The stock home screen can be switched off before or after the new one is in place. It made no difference on this unit.
A few Freeview apps come switched off from the factory on this unit.

How to do it

Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.

Do the Philips apps stay off after a restart?

Yes for the listed apps. Two services turn themselves back on at each restart, so the list leaves them out.

Will Apple TV still work?

Yes. It is left on, because this owner uses it.

Can I get the old home screen back?

Yes. Restore everything turns every app back on and puts the old home screen back in one tap.
