This China-market Hisense runs JuUI on Android 11. It ships with usage reporting, a vendor push channel, a network poller that keeps running, ad services, retail and hotel leftovers, and preloaded content. The screensaver also shows stock photos with a caption and a like button.
The list was checked on a real set in five batches, with a cold restart after each. HDMI, the remote, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth pairing and the keyboard kept working. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything. It does not change how the home screen looks.

Good to know on this model
- The sponsored rows, VIP banner and promo tiles on the home screen come from the TV's own video app, so this list does not remove them. Only a new home screen does.
- The firmware turns the calendar, clock and music apps back on at every start, so they will not stay off.
- This set does not ask 'Allow debugging?', so anyone on your Wi-Fi could connect while debugging is on. Switch debugging off when you are done.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
Questions
Will it stop the ads on the home screen?
Not by itself. The sponsored rows and banners are fed by the TV's video app, which the list leaves on. A new home screen from TidyTV removes them.
Will HDMI and the remote still work on my Hisense 65D62QH?
Yes. Each batch was followed by a restart and a check of the input panel, the remote, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pairing.
Does it have a way back?
Yes. Restore everything in the app turns every app back on in one tap, and puts the old home screen back if you changed it.
