Debloat the Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM (Android 11)
Android 11 · 6 apps on the list · tested on a real set
This Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM runs Android 11. It ships with retail demo mode, a first-time experience, a Google partner stub that installs apps silently and an on-screen disclaimer app. The Google TV setup wizard is also on the list. There are 6 apps. It is a short, careful list.
Applied in two batches with a restart after, with no crashes and a normal boot. Three Hisense smart services must stay on, because a longer list that turned them off sent a sister model to Android Recovery. TidyTV keeps them on and turns the rest off with a backup first. TidyTV turns these off from your phone over Wi-Fi, saves a backup first and never deletes anything.
Apps TidyTV can turn off on the Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM (Android 11)
Grouped as the tested list groups them. In the app each one has a switch, so you choose. Apps marked your call are extras the list leaves on.

Its RecoveryActivity claims HOME and beats the new launcher once com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx is disabled, so it has to go for a launcher swap. It also owns a saved Wi-Fi network, so check first: `dumpsys wifi | grep -o 'cname=[^ ]*'`. If the network the TV is actually connected to belongs to setupwraith, forget and re-join it in Settings before running this, or the disable deletes that network and takes the TV off Wi-Fi and ADB. On this set only an unused saved network belonged to it (the active one was owned by android.uid.system), so it was safe. Needs FORCE_SETUPWRAITH=1 to pass disable.sh's Wi-Fi guard.

Good to know on this model
- Three Hisense services must never be turned off. Turning them off sent a sister model to Android Recovery.
- Several apps were already off from the factory, such as YouTube Music and Play Games.
How to do it
- Turn on developer options On the TV, open Settings › System › About and select the build number 7 times. Then turn on USB debugging, and Network debugging if you see it.
- Tap your TV in TidyTV Your phone finds the TV on the Wi-Fi. Tick "Always allow" and press Allow when the TV asks.
- Review, then tidy TidyTV saves a backup, shows these apps with switches, and turns off the ones you pick, checking each one.
Questions
Is it safe on my Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM?
The list is short and careful. It leaves out the three services that sent a sister model to Android Recovery.
Will HDMI still work?
Yes. The services behind the HDMI, AV and tuner inputs are kept.
Can I get the old home screen back?
Yes. Restore everything turns the apps back on and puts the Google TV home screen back in one tap.
